Ever wonder why some bites make a wine taste completely different? Join us for Wine & Dine, a guided exploration in food and wine pairings on the Bistro floor at DA Vines Wines & Bistro in Old Town Cottonwood.

The experience unfolds in two parts. First, a guided tasting teaches you how to truly taste wine: identifying aromas and textures, and understanding balance and structure, glass by glass. Then the workshop begins. You’ll put your palate to the test pairing three distinctive wines against the five fundamental tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami), plus spice, with handcrafted bites from Chef Jacob McKillop’s kitchen.

No wine knowledge is required. Whether you’re a longtime wine lover or simply wine-curious, this immersive session will deepen your appreciation for how flavor, texture, and aroma come together in harmony. You’ll leave knowing exactly why certain pairings sing and how to build them at home, one sip at a time.

Wine & Dine takes place Sunday, October 4 at 4:00 PM at DA Vines Wines & Bistro, 705 N Main Street, Suite A, in Old Town Cottonwood, just 30 minutes from Sedona. Tickets are $40 per person, and Wine Club member discounts apply. Seats are limited, so reserve yours today.
